Directions - soak terracotta saver in water for 15-30 mins, pat dry with clean towel, place in air tight container with brown sugar. This food saver will help keep your brown sugar moist and soft. Last for approximately 3-6 months depending on the size of your brown sugar container. If sugar starts to harden just soak your terracotta saver in clean water and place back in container. If it needs to be cleaned hand wash in hot water only, do not wash terracotta with soap as it will absorb the scent. If needed use white vinegar diluted in hot water to disinfect.
Food saver can also be used in your favorite cookie jar to keep cookies soft or trail mix to keep dried fruit tender.
