These clay circle cutters are a large set of "cookie cutter" designed specifically for clay. This set includes circle sizes 1" through 10" and holding case to keep sizes organized. They are durable, light weight and waterproof making it easy to keep them clean. Each circle cutter is 7/8" tall making it great for for cutting thicker slabs of clay. They also have a rounded wall radius that adds cutting strength and allows your clay to easily unstick from its surface, compared to traditional metal cookie cutters that clay loves to stick to.

These clay cutters are 3D printed in a rainbow and white PLA+ filament which gives them a semi-nonstick surface. Circle clay cutter sizes 1"-8" has the size printed into the top each ring for easy identification, sizes 9" and 10" are unmarked with their size.

PLA+ isn’t to be confused with traditional PLA filament. PLA+ is stronger than traditional PLA, and bonds much stronger between layers. This helps eliminate cracking, splitting, and breaking commonly found in PLA.

Care instructions- wipe clean with a damp sponge or hand wash.

Designed for clay

How it's Made

Each piece is handmade in small batches and one are of a kind. I use cone 6 porcelain & white stoneware which are both silky smooth and pure white clay. The natural vibrancy of porcelain and white stoneware greatly enhances the color of my glazes. My pottery is fired twice in my Skutt kiln first bisque to 1900 degrees Fahrenheit and then glazed fired to 2300 degrees Fahrenheit and slow cooled for dramatic glaze effects. Any decals or gold luster detail requires a third firing at 1300 degrees. After the glaze firing each piece comes out of the kiln and is inspected. The bottoms are sanded with diamonds core sand paper to ensure extra soft bottoms that are comfortable and soft to the touch.
